Experience
Brittaney Schmidt is the Business Development Manager for Persuasion Strategies, a service of Holland & Hart LLP.

In her capacity as Business Development Manager, she serves as the primary business development planner, strategist and executive for a team of nationally-recognized litigation consultants. She combines her legal and marketing backgrounds to conduct in-depth competitive intelligence regarding target markets, clients, litigation trends, and specific case issues to identify business development opportunities. Ms. Schmidt also works closely with the consulting team in the development and execution of their marketing plan, proposals, and presentations.

Additionally, Ms. Schmidt manages technical and other systems designed to support the group, through the implementation of standardized procedures and automated business processes. She creates financial reports and monitors the team’s operating and marketing budgets, plans and directs meetings, retreats and events, sponsorships, media relations, marketing communications, and other strategic projects for the litigation consulting group.

Prior to joining Persuasion Strategies, Ms. Schmidt served as the Marketing Manager for the Litigation Department of Holland & Hart LLP, managing the marketing and business development efforts for nearly 200 attorneys at the firm.

Ms. Schmidt received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2004, and her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2001.
