Don Yost has been the firm’s multi-media specialist since 1984. He performs many different functions for the firm. Some of his specialties are: videography, non-linier editing, trial presentations using Indata's Trial Director software including setup and routing of all multi-media computers used for trial and tape to tape editing.

Don is a Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) and a Certified Court Videographer (CCV). Don is also on the board of advisors for the American Guild of Courtroom Videographers.
