Experience
Karla Molk is the Business Development Manager for Persuasion Strategies, a service of Holland & Hart LLP.
In her capacity as Business Development Manager, she serves as the primary business development strategist and executive for a team of nationally-recognized litigation consultants. She combines her legal, marketing and communications experience to distinguish Persuasion Strategies in the marketplace. Ms. Molk works closely with the consulting team in the development and execution of their marketing plans, proposals, and presentations. In her role with Persuasion Strategies, Ms. Molk also collaborates with the Holland & Hart marketing team to create a strong and cohesive message.
Additionally, Ms. Molk manages all media relations, marketing and communications for the team, including sponsorships, presentations and book tours. She creates financial reports and monitors the team's operating and marketing budgets, plans and directs meetings, retreats and other strategic projects for the litigation consulting group.
Ms. Molk began her career practicing law, serving as in-house counsel for both large and mid-size companies in Colorado. She later transitioned to marketing and business development, working in the technology and financial services industries before joining Persuasion Strategies.
Ms. Molk received her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1980, and her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver College of Business in 1977.
