Ph.D. has practical experience in hundreds of cases across the country in the areas of civil plaintiff, civil defense, and criminal defense ranging from simple to complex litigation. She provides expertise in courtroom persuasion, strategic jury selection, case theme development, persuasive opening statements and closing arguments, and assists with witness preparation for deposition, arbitration, and trial. Shelley Spiecker, Ph.D., has been advising attorneys and developing strategic trial solutions for over 15 years. Her experience spans the realm of civil litigation, from simple personal injury litigation to complex, multiparty cases. With a doctorate in legal communication, Dr. Spiecker has extensive experience in the design and analysis of mock trial and focus group research. She has conducted hundreds of post-trial juror interviews, and uses her experience and knowledge of juror decision making to advise clients on case strategy, courtroom persuasion, and jury selection.

Ken Broda-Bahm, Ph. D. has been an active litigation consultant for the past fourteen years and is a past-President of the American Society of Trial Consultants. With a doctorate in speech communication emphasizing the areas of rhetoric and legal communication, he has provided research and advice on a variety of plaintiff and defense cases relating to personal injury, malpractice, natural resources, contracts, employment, criminal and product liability, and capital defense. He is experienced in assisting jury selection, preparing witnesses, designing and evaluating mock trial and focus group research as well as in evaluating the results of venire surveys and conducting post-trial juror interviews.
