HOLLAND & HART WELCOMES TWO ADDITIONS TO PERSUASION STRATEGIES

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Janice Roetenberg and Kevin Boully have joined the firm's in-house trial consulting service, Persuasion Strategies.

Ms. Roetenberg is the Litigation Consulting Manager in the Denver office. She brings a wealth of strategic planning knowledge, along with practical business development experience, to Persuasion Strategies. She has been involved in marketing and public relations for more than 17 years, and has taught marketing, public relations and writing courses at several Denver-area universities. Ms. Roetenberg has consulted with lawyers on research strategies for marketing and litigation purposes. With a masters degree in marketing, she has conducted seminars on a wide-range of topics, including public relations strategies, marketing for entrepreneurs and the impact of Reg FD on public companies.

Dr. Boully is an Associate Litigation Consultant in the Denver office. His doctorate education in legal communication focuses on the areas of persuasion, small group influence, and jury decision-making. Dr. Boully has conducted and analyzed research and advised on a variety of plaintiff and defense cases relating to personal injury, medical malpractice, natural resources, contracts, intellectual property, and product liability. He is experienced in observing and evaluating jury deliberations, designing and evaluating mock trial and focus group research, and conducting post-trial juror interviews.
