Arianne is the newest member of the Persuasion Strategies team providing jury research and data analysis for the group’s litigation consulting work. Arianne organizes mock trial and focus groups, recruits jurors and participants, and develops analysis plans and questionnaires. During mock trials and focus groups, Arianne evaluates data and delivers onsite, real-time analysis of juror attitudes. Arianne conducts training sessions on public speaking and persuasion as well as individual coaching on best practices for presentations. Arianne manages Persuasion Strategies’ social media presence.
Arianne conducts research and jury analysis in a wide range of litigation matters, including product liability, patent, medical malpractice, personal injury, oil & gas and criminal cases nationwide.
