Pam Miller has been a key member of the Persuasion Strategies graphics team for more than 14 years, currently serving as Senior Animator and Graphic Artist. In that role she maximizes the fact finders’ understanding of specific case details by crafting animations and other demonstratives. Pam also works directly with a wide variety of expert witnesses involved in the case. To further refine her arbitration and trial graphics, Pam has developed expertise in forensic facial reconstruction, composite drawings and age progression.
In one of the state’s largest construction case verdicts of the year, Pam recreated a $1.3 billion power plant in 3D and animated each company’s responsibilities by color coding. By converting thousands of objects from the original plant design software and identifying buildings, and mechanical and electrical equipment by respective builder, the jury was able to see clearly how the client’s work was impacted by the other companies’ delay, resulting in an inadvertent slip in the construction schedule.
