Professional Liability

Our consultants work on more than 100 medical malpractice and medical negligence litigation matters in a typical year. This experience includes assisting defense counsel with cases involving birth trauma, misdiagnosis, and wrongful death. Our insights are enhanced by a long-running survey of attitudes relevant to medical negligence litigation, collected throughout our work over the past two decades polling the jury-eligible population.

Our team has consulted extensively on claims of attorney professional negligence, including some matters on behalf of the Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (ALAS). We can provide insights into these matters, drawing on our decades of working with jurors examining matters of professional competence and our extensive experience with law firms and attorney culture across the country.
